Start with Easy-to-Grow Plants 🌿

New to hydroponics? Start simple! Leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, and basil are forgiving, fast-growing, and hard to mess up. Avoid root veggies (like carrots or potatoes)—they prefer soil life!

Balance Your Nutrients Like a Pro 🔬

Hydroponic plants drink their food, so it’s crucial to get nutrients right. Follow the A & B nutrient mix guide that comes with your Tiny Tower Garden. If leaves look pale—they need more nutrients. If tips turn brown—dilute with water.

pH Matters! Keep It Between 5.5 - 6.5 📊

Your plants won’t absorb nutrients if the pH is off. Test your water weekly (pH strips or a digital meter work great). If pH is too high, add a little pH Down. If too low, add pH Up

Never Mix Nutrients Directly 🚫

Mix A & B nutrients in water separately—never together! They can react and clump up before your plants even get a chance to absorb them. Pro tip: Add Part A, stir well, then add Part B

Give Your Plants a Light Boost ☀️

If your tower is indoors, you might need LED grow lights for 12-16 hours a day (especially in winter). No light = slow growth. Placing your tower near a sunny window? Even better!

Keep the Water Flowing 💦

Your Tiny Tower Garden’s pump keeps water circulating so plants get oxygen & nutrients.

Check weekly to make sure the pump is running.

Clean it monthly to prevent clogging.

Top up the reservoir when water gets low.

Avoid Algae & Slime 🚫

Algae loves light + nutrients + warmth. To prevent it:

✅ Keep your nutrient tank covered.

✅ Wipe off any green slime on tower surfaces.

✅ Change the water every 1-2 weeks

Don’t Overcrowd Your Tower 🌿

Plants need space to breathe! If seedlings start competing for light or water, thin them out. Think of it like giving kids their own seats at the dinner table—no one likes to be squished!

Watch for Pests! (Even Indoors) 🐛

No soil = fewer pests, but you might still get aphids or whiteflies

Check under leaves weekly.
Spray with neem oil (safe & natural) if needed.

Use sticky traps for extra protection.

Harvest Often, Grow More! 🍃

The more you harvest leafy greens, the faster they regrow! Pick outer leaves first and let the inner ones keep growing. Your tower will keep producing fresh food for weeks!
