All Tiny Tower Garden products come with a standard 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

To maintain your warranty, it is essential that you follow the cleaning procedures and care instructions included in the instruction booklet provided with your product. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in your warranty being void.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your Tiny Tower Garden has a manufacturing defect and is within the 1-year warranty period, please follow the steps below:

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photographs or videos showing the defect

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

    • Date of purchase

  3. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days with the next steps.

  4. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement part, full replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the defect.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or any modifications made to the product.
