We offer shipping across New Zealand and Australia.

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you select. Priority is given to orders with faster shipping options. While we provide estimated delivery times based on postal services, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Estimated Delivery Times:

New Zealand: Standard courier: 1–6 business days.

Australia:

• Economy: 6–16 business days
• Courier: 4–9 business days
• Express: 2–7 business days

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on your location. However, no matter how many items you purchase, a flat shipping rate applies.

Taxes & Duties

For international orders, any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not covered by Tiny Tower Garden and must be paid upon arrival, in line with your country's customs regulations.
